If you’ve read this blog for a while or follow my Instagram, by now you’ve probably seen mentions of Tia’s shop. When I moved here almost 3 years ago, hers was the first local brand I heard about and I have been shopping in Goa from her ever since.
Yup… that’s all TIA! crazy.
She moved this year from Ashwem to Anjuna (closer to me, ha ha!) and is having an opening party Tuesday 26th at her new shop. Other than mingling with cool people, there is going to be free booze, free food, and someone is going to win a one of a kind bag which I’ve seen and it’s super cute- she’s having a raffle. Everything in the shop will be at a discount as well, tonight only.
It’s going to be at Natti’s Naturals and Natti herself is doing the food (I’ve written about her restaurant and shop here). There will be mini smoothies, juices, canapes, and desserts. Some famous local DJs will be playing house music.
If you’ve just moved to Goa or are looking for a new place to shop- she doesn’t just carry her own designs but also the brands Fara (who I’ve written about here, but she has their new line), Betta Goa who makes clothes for all ages out out mostly amazing cottons, Alekai who does one off, hand-made unique pieces that are hard to explain, but I love, and lastly, Nana Ki & the Bohemian Project which is the most popular shop in Ashwem behind La Plage.
The easiest way to find it is to google “Nattis Naturals”. It’s near the Saturday Night Market before Splashdown waterpark, across from a big temple.
Shopping in Goa: What’s new this year at Tia’s Shop
BIKINIS! I am so bikini obsessed and stoked that Tia has been busy in Bali making bikinis that are a little Brazilian style and really flattering. Her last collection of blues and tie-dyes has nearly sold out, and you’ll see lots of girls on Vagator and Ashwem beach wearing them, but she’s got a brand new collection and it’s going to be ready by the opening- I am obviously going to have to snatch one ahead of time so you guys don’t all buy them ;)
the gorgeous Saffron, I’ve written about her amazing artist skillz over here.“tiakinis”
Because she’s got a lot of space now, she carrying other designers clothes but also jewelry, rugs, bags, scarves, pillows & pillow covers, and all kinds of other stuff.
If you came to Goa and only had a couple days to try and shop you’d want to hit up the markets and Tia’s Shop… she is carrying so many cute brands and of course her own line is great too. Here’s some photos from her newest collection.
FARA India inspired pillow covers.. I love them!
Everyone is invited & I hope to see you all there! If you can’t come for the opening it’s open every day all season- check it out whenever you do have time for some shopping in Goa. If you’re shopping online you can buy it all on Etsy.
